SUMMARY: Keep others from trying to change the times of your appointments in Microsoft Outlook.
Normally, when you set an appointment with Outlook 2003, your attendees have the ability to suggest new times. If your appointments are time-critical and you do not wish attendees to have this freedom of change, do the following:
1. Click "Tools" and select "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Preferences" tab.
3. Click the "Calendar Options" button.
4. Uncheck the box "Allow attendees to propose new times for meetings you organize".
5. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
