Outlook 2003 Calendar and Meeting

Would you like your Outlook 2003 Calendar to show you Christian, Jewish, Islamic, or country-specific holidays? This may help in your planning as without these notifications, a busy executive might accidentally schedule an important meeting on a day no one will be at the office.

1. Click "Tools" and select "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Preferences" tab.
3. Click the "Calendar Options" button.
4. Click the "Add Holidays" button.
5. When the dialog box appears, check the boxes representing holidays you want to add to the Calendar.
6. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
