Outlook 2003 Calendar and Meeting - Work in a Different Time Zone

SUMMARY: Let Outlook 2003 display appointments and meetings in your co-workers' time zone.

If you telecommute in one time zone, yet work with others who reside in a different time zone, you can configure Outlook 2003 to show information in that different zone without reconfiguring your computer's default time zone.

1. Click "Tools" and select "Options".

2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Preferences" tab.

3. Click the button "Calendar Options".

4. Click the button "Time Zone".

5. From here, select your desired time zone information. If you wish, you can have Outlook 2003 show an additional time zone, allowing you to see Calendar meeting times in both yours and your fellow employees' zones.

5. Press "OK" to close the dialog box.
