Change the Calendar Workweek
SUMMARY: Let Outlook 2003's "Work Week" view represent your actual workweek, not a M-F schedule.
Do you normally work the weekend shift? Or are you a part-time worker and don't work every day of the normal workweek? If so, you can change Calendar's "Work Week" view to reflect your schedule instead of the default M-F workweek.
1. Click "Tools" and select "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Preferences" tab.
3. Click the "Calendar Options" button.
4. Check the boxes underneath "Calendar work week" representing the days that you work.
5. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
Return to the Outlook 2003 Calendar and Meeting page.
