Outlook 2003 Calendar and Meeting Open the Calendar in a New Window SUMMARY: Keep Outlook 2003's Inbox on-screen while viewing the Calendar. Whenever you click the "Calendar" link in the left pane of Outlook 2003, the Calendar fills your entire Outlook window, hiding your current view. If you are scanning Inbox e-mail and want the Calendar opened in a different window, just right-click the "Calendar" link and choose "Open in New Window".
