SUMMARY: Force Outlook 2003 to display the Calendar using alternate workweeks such as Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
Do you normally work the weekend shift? Or, are you a part-time worker and don't work every day of the normal workweek? If so, you can change Calendar's "Work Week" view to reflect your schedule instead of the default M-F workweek.
1. Click "Tools" and select "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Preferences" tab.
3. Click the "Calendar Options" button.
4. Check the boxes underneath "Calendar work week" representing the days that you work.
5. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Outlook 2003 Calendar and Meeting - Change the Calendar Workweek
