| Manipulate Favorite Folders SUMMARY: Configure Outlook 2003 to show your most used mailboxes and folders on top of others.
When you are in the "Mail" view, Outlook 2003 displays a box with "Favorite Folders" above the list of "All Mail Folders". This provides you with the ability to quickly scan key mail folders without manipulating the regular folder tree, such as "Inbox", "Sent Items", and "Deleted Items".
Here's how to manipulate this list with ease:
* To add a folder to the "Favorite Folders" to make it more easily accessible, right-click on the folder of your choosing underneath "All Mail Folders" and select "Add to Favorite Folders" from the pop-up menu that appears.
* If you'd like to remove a folder from the "Favorite Folders", just right-click a folder and choose "Remove from Favorite Folders" from the pop-up that follows.
* To move a folder in the "Favorite Folders" up or down in the list, just right-click a folder and choose either "Move up in list" or "Move down in list" from the pop-up menu that follows.
