Outlook 2003 Notes - Change Default Color

Normally, Outlook 2003's Desktop Notes appear in the standard color of yellow. If you'd rather the default color be green, blue, pink, or white, do the following:

1. Click "Tools" - "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select "Preferences".
3. Click "Note Options".
4. Next to "Color" choose your desired color.
5. Press "OK" on the two dialog boxes to close them.


Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Outlook 2003 Notes - Change Default Color
