Outlook 2003 Notes

Remove Time and Date on Desktop Notes

SUMMARY: Keep the time and date from appearing on Outlook 2003 Notes.

When viewing Outlook 2003 Notes as desktop pop-ups, the time and date the note was written is visible at the bottom of each note. If, for privacy or just for personal preference, you would rather not see this information:

1. Click "Tools" - "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select "Other".
3. Click "Advanced Options".
4. Uncheck "When viewing Notes, show time and date".
5. Press "OK" on the two dialog boxes to close them.
