Outlook 2003 Notes

Increase or Decrease Default Notes Size

SUMMARY: Change the size of your Outlook 2003 Notes to free up screen real estate.

If the Outlook 2003 Notes appear too large on your Desktop, taking up too much room, or too small, not allowing you to enter enough information, you can change their default size:

1. Click "Tools" - "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select "Preferences".
3. Click "Note Options".
4. Next to "Size", choose your desired notes default size.
5. Press "OK" on the two dialog boxes to close them.
