| Do Not Keep a Copy of Sent E-Mail SUMMARY: Configure Outlook 2003 to not store copies of your sent e-mail.
Normally, Outlook 2003 keeps copies of your sent mail in the "Sent Mail" folder. There may be times, however, where you do not need a copy of a sent e-mail message. Perhaps it is a personal message, or a quick response such as "thanks" or "got your mail". To turn this feature off for a particular message:
1. While composing an e-mail message, choose "File" - "Properties". 2. When the "Properties" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the tab "General". 3. Uncheck "Save copy of sent message". 4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
