PCAnywhere - Version 8.0 - Password Protect Connections

SUMMARY: Add a level of security when connecting to computers via PCAnywhere.

You can password protect connections to computers. Right-click on a computer whose connection you wish to protect, selecting "Properties." Click the "Protect Item" tab on the multi-tabbed dialog box that appears. Enter in your desired password in the "Password" and "Confirm password" fields, and check "Required to view properties," "Required to execute," and "Required to modify properties" as desired.
