SUMMARY: Perfgraph monitors the CPU, memory load, and more directly from the Windows Taskbar.
Need to monitor computer components but tired of diagnostic displays taking up space on your Desktop? With Perfgraph you can display such graphs directly on your Windows Taskbar as new toolbars (Windows XP and up supported).
Monitor CPU and memory usage, network throughput via SNMP, hardware sensors such as the CPU temperature and fan speeds, and even ping remote hosts to test network connectivity. Graphs can be configured including the display refresh rate, and you can toggle graph labels as desired.

After installing Pergraph you should see a monitor on your Taskbar. Right-click the monitor and choose "Perfgraph Configuration" to change settings. Right-click and choose "New Perfgraph Instance" to add multiple graphs to the Taskbar. Right-click and choose "Close Toolbar" to remove an instance.
