| Enable / Disable System Tray Icon SUMMARY: Enable or disable a System Tray icon to conveniently access PestPatrol.
By default, PestPatrol adds a system tray icon, "PPControl", to your Windows Taskbar. Right-clicking this taskbar button provides access to PestPatrol, MemCheck, CookiePatrol, and other PestPatrol options.
If you tire of taskbar icons cluttering your desktop and wish to remove this icon, or if you would like to regain access to this icon if it has disappeared from your Windows Taskbar, do the following from within PestPatrol:
1. Click the "Options" tab.
2. Click the "Automatic Scans" sub-tab.
3. Underneath "PPControl", check or uncheck "Invoke on Boot" as desired.
