Photoscape is a free (for non-commercial use) photo viewer and editor for Windows. For those looking for an alternative to higher-priced editing tools, Photoscape offers the following:

* Image editing with multi-level undo, shapes, text boxes, balloon pop-ups, cropping, and transparency

* Batch editing of a group of photos - apply filters, brighten or darken pictures, resize images, and more
