SUMMARY: Use different characters or even pictures as bullets when creating lists.
Tired of creating normal bulleted lists in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 presentations? Would you like to create colored bullets, use different symbols as bullets, or even use your own small pictures as a bullet?
1. Create a bulleted list, then highlight it with your mouse.
2. Right-click the list and choose "Bullets and Numbering" from the pop-up menu that appears.
3. A "Bullets and Numbering" dialog box appears. From here you can make several types of changes:

* Click the box next to "Size" to change the bullet size in relation to text. The larger the number, the larger the bullet.
* Click the pull-down next to "Color" to change the bullet color. When the pop-up menu appears, click "More Colors" to show more colors if one of the presented colors is not to your liking.
* Click the "Customize" button to bring up the "Symbol" dialog box. From here you can choose symbols in your installed fonts to use as your bullet. Click the pull-down next to "Font" to choose a font. Click the pull-down next to "Subset" to choose different subsets of the font. Then scroll through the list of symbols and double-click your desired bullet character.
