This tip was printed from the MalekTips Computer and Technology Help and Tips website at http://malektips.com. PowerPoint 2003 - Misc - Add More Levels of UndoSUMMARY: Allow PowerPoint 2003 to undo up to the last 150 operations.
If you make a mistake while editing a Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 presentation or feel that a change is just not right, you can usually undo the change by selecting "Edit" - "Undo" or pressing CONTROL-Z. However, PowerPoint can only remember a limited number of changes - 20 to be exact. If you need to reverse the last 21 changes you made in a presentation, you're out of luck - you should save backup copies if you plan on making many changes you may reverse later. |
