PowerPoint 2003 - Misc - View Slideshow in Grayscale Mode

SUMMARY: Display Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 slideshows the way they'll be printed with a black and white printer.

Although you may edit Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 presentations using color, if you don't own a color printer, the slides will obviously print in black and white or grayscale. To quickly see how this will impact the look of your presentation, choose "View" - "Color/Grayscale" and choose one of the options.

This will open a "Grayscale View" floating toolbar. Click the "Settings" button to further refine your presentation view.
