Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 - Navigate Through Slides by Showing More Onscreen

Viewing or modifying a large Microsoft PowerPoint 2003? If you need to jump around multiple slides, scrolling through the slides pane on the left side of the PowerPoint window might prove to be cumbersome.

For convenience, you can hide the editing area and view more slides onscreen simultaneously. Just select "View" - "Slide Sorter". This should make it easier to navigate to a particular slide. When you want to view a slide in more detail and hide the "Slide Sorter", just double-click a slide.

Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 - Navigate Through Slides by Showing More Onscreen
