Microsoft PowerPoint 2003

Loop a Slideshow Continuously

SUMMARY: Keep a Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 slideshow running virtually forever.

You may need a Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 slideshow running continuously. Perhaps you're running a conference, and while all of the attendees are arriving you wish introductory information to continuously be presented. Or, maybe you have monitors set up in your office building that should constantly display company information such as important dates to remember, company holidays, the mission statement, etc.

For whatever the reason, it's easy to keep presentations running until you forcibly stop them by pressing the 'Esc' key.

1. Select "Slide Show" - "Set Up Show".

2. A "Set Up Show" dialog box will appear.

3. Underneath "Show options", check "Loop continuously until 'Esc'".

4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
