PowerPoint 2003 Menus - Toolbars - Status Bar - Show All of the Menus

SUMMARY: Instead of showing Personalized menus in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, display all available menu options.

Depending on your Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 configuration, not all of your menu items may be immediately visible. You can find this out by clicking the "File" menu. If, at the bottom of the menu selection options, is a button with a down-pointed arrow, click it and notice more menu options will appear.

While some appreciate the hiding of 'expert' features, others would rather see all of the options available in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. Thus, to turn off these "Personalized" menus:

1. Click "Tools" - "Customize".

2. When the "Customize" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Options" tab.

3. Check "Always show full menus".

4. Click "Close" when you are finished.

Note that this configuration option may affect other Office applications installed on your system, such as Microsoft Word.
