| Toggle Displaying Large Toolbar Icons SUMMARY: Use large Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 icons that are easy to view, or choose small ones that take up less space onscreen.
If you run Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 on a monitor or laptop with a large screen resolution, you may find the toolbar buttons difficult to distinguish. For example, which button is for bulleted lists and which button is for numbered lists?
If desired, you can make toolbar buttons larger. Note that doing so may affect other Microsoft Office applications installed on your machine such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.
1. Select "Tools" - "Customize".
2. When the "Customize" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Options" tab.
3. Underneath "Other", check or uncheck "Large Icons" as desired. You will immediately see the results in your open toolbars.
4. When done, click "OK" to close the dialog box.
