Microsoft Publisher 2007

Switch Pages Using Keyboard Shortcuts

SUMMARY: Navigate to different pages in a Publisher 2007 document without using the mouse.

When switching between pages of a Microsoft Publisher 2007 document, you could move your mouse cursor to the bottom of the Publisher 2007 window to click on the pages. However, some may find this inconvenient.

Instead, learn how to switch pages using the keyboard:

Ctrl + Page Up: Previous Page

Ctrl + Page Down: Next Page - go past the last page and Publisher will prompt you if you wish to add a page

F5 or Ctrl + G: a "Go To Page" dialog box appears - type in your desired page number and press Enter (useful when navigating larger Publisher documents)

Return to the Microsoft Publisher 2007 page.
