SUMMARY: Display Putty terminal windows in full-screen (kiosk) mode.
If you wish, you can display your current Putty SSH session in full-screen (kiosk) mode, hiding all menu bars as well as the Windows taskbar. To do so, just right-click the a Putty session's title bar and choose "Full Screen".
To later disable full-screen mode, hold down the CONTROL key, right-click anywhere in the Putty window, and uncheck "Full Screen".
If you wish, you can allow a particular Putty session to support ALT-ENTER to toggle full-screen mode. To do so:
1. Open Putty.
2. Click on the "Session" link.
3. Click "Default Settings", or a defined session, then the "Load" button.
4. Expand the "Window" tree in the left pane.
5. Click "Behavior" in the left pane.
6. Check "Full Screen on Alt-Enter".
7. Click on the "Session" link.
8. Choose the session name you chose in #3, or "Default Settings".
9. Click the "Save" button.
Note that if you change the default settings, you will still need to change the settings for all saved sessions.
