Rhapsody Digital Music Service

Customize Song Playback with an Equalizer

SUMMARY: Customize your Rhapsody music playback with a 10-band equalizer.

Want to adjust your Rhapsody digital music service playback? Need more bass in your music, or instead want to raise the treble to accentuate percussion instruments? Perhaps your laptop speakers can't handle booming beats and you want to de-accentuate bass sounds. You can open up a 10-band plus gain virtual equalizer to make all kinds of audio adjustments.

1. Click "Tools" - "Equalizer".

2. An equalizer will appear. Click the power button to turn it on or off.

3. Adjust the audio as necessary, or click the "Custom" pull-down to choose a preset for various music types, such as:

* Bass Boost
* Blues
* Funk
* Metal
* New Age
