The US Newspaper Links (USNPL) website lets you browse for newspapers and television stations by state and then by city. This useful resource contains thousands of links to standard, college, alternative, and other newspapers and TV stations across the country.

Looking for worldwide media outlets? The Mondo times, at the time this tip was written, claims to have links to over 14,700 media outlets in over 200 countries. Their website front page also lists the media websites most visited and those ranked highest by site visitors.
