Immunize Against Spyware SUMMARY: Help prevent your machine from getting infected with spyware using Spybot Search and Destroy's Immunization feature.
Spybot Search and Destroy can help immunize Internet Explorer against certain types of spyware, preventing them from ever installing on your machine. This is a useful part of a multi-prong attack against these annoyances.
1. Run Spybot Search and Destroy.
2. Click the "Immunize" button.
3. The right pane will now show "Immunize".
4. A dialog box may appear warning you to immunize.
5. Click the "Immunize" button.
