Immunize After Updates

SUMMARY: After updating Spybot, be sure to re-immunize your system against the latest threats.

If you are currently using Spybot Search and Destroy's Immunize feature to help protect your machine from downloading spyware (refer to the MalekTips tip Spybot Search and Destroy - Immunize Against Spyware for more information at http://malektips.com/spybot_
search_and_destroy_0004.html), whenever you obtain definition file updates, you should check to see if your system needs re-immunization. To do so:

1. Run Spybot Search and Destroy.
2. Click the "Immunize" button.
3. The right pane will now show "Immunize".
4. A dialog box will appear describing immunization information.
5. If the dialog box asks you to "please immunize", click the "Immunize" button to help protect your computer against the latest spyware threats.
