The "System Agent" that comes with MS-Plus does a fine job of running applications such as ScanDisk and Defrag at specified times. It also can do a fine job displaying text files at specified times. Make a new text file called "Todo.txt" or "Remind.txt" from Notepad and save it to the desktop. Run System Agent, and schedule a new program. For the filename, just enter the filename of the text file. You can change the times for it to be displayed however you wish; pop a list of items to get at the grocery store when you are about to leave for work, or have a reminder message pop up 10 minutes before an important meeting.
