What to do with Thanksgiving Turkey Leftovers?

SUMMARY: What can you do with leftover Thanksgiving turkey and other food?Bookmark and Share

After enjoying a Thanksgiving meal, no matter how many people were at the table, there always seem to be plenty of leftovers, even turkey. Instead of making simple turkey sandwiches, turkey wraps, and salad with bits of turkey, how about something new?

These two sites offer a variety of suggestions for those wanting something different:

All Recipes has a section just for turkey leftovers. Besides the expected sandwiches, you'll find recipes for a turkey potpie, turkey soups, pasta dishes with turkey, turkey curry, and yes, even a turkey pizza.

The LeftOver Chef at http://www.leftoverchef.com/ has a variety of recipes for all kinds of holiday leftovers, be they turkey, ham, or beef. You can search through recipes by keyword, or query for recipes involving a particular main ingredient as well as side ingredients. For example, searching for "turkey" plus "artichoke" came up with a stuffed artichoke recipe.
