Add Copyright and Trademark Symbols
SUMMARY: Add copyright, trademark, and registered trademark symbols to your Visio 2007 documents.
When designing flowcharts and other diagrams in Microsoft Visio 2007, you may need to label items with copyright, trademark, and/or registered trademark symbols.
Inserting such symbols is similar to how it is done in other Office applications. Enter the following text and it will automatically be converted to the proper symbol:
(c) - Copyright
(tm) - Trademark
(r) - Registered Trademark
If this fails to work, you may need to turn on text replacement as you type:
1. Click "Tools" - "AutoCorrect Options".
2. The "AutoCorrect" dialog box appears. Select the "AutoCorrect" tab.
3. Check "Replace text as you type".
4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
