Winamp 5 - Visual Tweaks

Don't Use Skinned Mouse Cursors for Classic Skins

SUMMARY: Prevent classic Winamp skins from using custom mouse cursors.

When using "Classic" skins with Winamp 5, the skins available for Winamp 2, you may have noticed that some skins change the display of your mouse cursor. Some people may like this, though others prefer their mouse cursors not change shape when moving from another window to Winamp 5. Thus, this option can be changed:

1. Right-click on the Winamp title bar, choosing "Options" then "Preferences".
2. When the "Winamp Preferences" dialog box appears, click "Classic Skins" underneath "Skins".
3. In the right pane, click the tab "Classic Skin Options".
4. Uncheck "Use skinned mouse cursors".
5. Click "Close" to close the dialog box.
