Screensavers Appearing When Video Displayed

SUMMARY: Prevent the Windows screensaver from appearing when viewing video files with Winamp 5.

If, when playing video files with Winamp 5, the screensaver appears, hiding the video, a Winamp 5 setting preventing this may have accidentally been changed. To fix this problem:

1. Right-click on the Winamp 5 title bar, choosing "Options" then "Preferences".
2. When the "Winamp Preferences" dialog box appears, click "Video" underneath "General Preferences".
3. In the right pane, underneath "Video Playback", check "Disable Windows screensaver when playing video".
4. Click "Close" to close the dialog box.
