Winamp 5 - Misc

Play One Song then Stop

SUMMARY: Keep Winamp 5's playlist from automatically jumping to the next song.

Normally, when you play music in Winamp 5 from the playlist, once one song finishes playing, the next song begins. There may be times, however, where you want Winamp 5 to stop after playing one song. Only when you manually jump to the next song should Winamp 5 continue. To set this manual playlist advance mode:

1. Right-click on Winamp 5's title bar, choosing "Options" then "Preferences".
2. When the "Winamp Preferences" dialog box appears, click "Playlist" underneath "General Preferences".
3. In the right pane, check "Manual playlist advance".
4. Click "Close" to close the preferences dialog box.
