SUMMARY: Use the numeric keypad to control multimedia playback in Winamp 5.
If your "Num Lock" LED is lit, you can control the playback of multimedia files with Winamp 5 using the keyboard (if not, just press the "Num Lock" key). While Winamp 5 is the currently selected window, the following keystrokes affect playback:
4: Previous Track
5: Play/Pause
6: Next Track

If you want to control multimedia playback from other software programs, you may need a multimedia keyboard with play, pause, rewind/fastforward controls, etc., and the proper software or drivers. Refer to the other Winamp 5 tips in MalekTips for details.
