Do you frequently switch between the main sections of Windows Live Mail - Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Feeds, and Newsgroups? If so, navigate through your messages quicker with these keyboard shortcuts to switch sections:

Mail: Ctrl + Shift + J
Calendar: Ctrl + Shift + X
Contacts: Ctrl + Shift + C
Feeds: Ctrl + Shift + K
Newsgroups: Ctrl + Shift + L

These keyboard shortcuts can also be found by viewing the menu bar's "Go" menu - press Alt to show the menu bar if it is not already available, then G to access the "Go" menu.
