Windows Media Player 10 Visualizations - Download New Visualizations

SUMMARY: Download new animations that appear when playing multimedia files with Windows Media Player 10.

If you don't like the visualizations that come with Windows Media Player 10, you can download several more free ones on the Internet.

1. From Windows Media Player 10, press CONTROL-1 to go to "Full Mode".

2. Press CONTROL-M to show the menu bar.

3. Choose "View" - "Visualizations" - "Download Visualizations".

4. A web browser will open with several choices and a list of other sites that offer visualizations.

5. Select your desired visualization. This may involve downloading a file, or first visiting a webpage then downloading a file. After downloading a file, you may need to follow on-screen prompts if a setup program appears.

Once you have downloaded and installed a visualization, simply select it from Windows Media Player 10 in the "View" -> "Visualizations" menu. Open and play a media file, switch to skin mode (CONTROL-2) or select the "Now Playing" tab, and enjoy!
