Need to raise or lower the volume of sound or music played with Windows Media Player 11? Or is the phone starting to ring and you need to quickly mute the volume altogether? There are many ways to accomplish this task.
Using the keyboard * Raise the volume: F9 * Lower the volume: F8 * Mute playback: F7 Via the volume slider bar 1. On the bottom of the Windows Media Player 11 window you will see a speaker icon and a blue slider bar next to it.
