Google Gmail : Move the Chat or Labels Section to the Right

Keep your chat and label options visible in Gmail by moving one or both to the right side.

By default, the chat and label boxes in Google Gmail are placed on the left side of the screen, underneath the left sidebar menu with options such as "Compose Mail" and "Contacts".

Unfortunately, this may push the label box below what is visible onscreen without using the web browser's vertical scroll bar. If you have a wide-enough monitor, you can move one or both of these boxes to the right, which may allow you to view your chat contacts and labels without having to scroll....

Windows XP - Outlook Express : Ignore All Read Receipt Requests

Prevent Outlook Express from ever prompting you to return a read receipt.

Some people request return receipts for particular e-mail messages they send to others using Outlook, Windows Mail, or other e-mail programs that support such receipts. Likewise, if you use Windows XP's Outlook Express, it may prompt you when these receipts are requested, allowing you to send a read receipt or ignore the request.

Wireless Internet : Wireless Ethernet Converter - Bridge

Imagine one of the following two scenarios: 1) You have a laptop or desktop that does not communicate via Wi-Fi and want to add this capability. You don't want to open up the machine to install an internal card. Plus, you have limited USB ports and don't want to use them for a Wi-Fi device, and a USB hub allowing more ports is not an option. 2) You have a device such as an old gaming system, printer, or network device that can communicate via Ethernet, cannot communicate wirelessly, and cannot be altered or expanded to do so.

Internet Explorer 7 Misc : Prevent Automatic Image Resizing

Keep Internet Explorer 7 from automatically resizing large images.

By default, when viewing large images in Internet Explorer 7, the browser will attempt to resize the images down so they fit in your browser window. This way you can view an entire image without having to use the scroll bar.

Windows XP - Outlook Express : Make Outlook Express the Default E-Mail and News Program
