Windows Vista - Windows Sidebar - Show Windows Sidebar if Hidden

SUMMARY: Temporarily force Windows Sidebar to appear in front of other Windows Vista applications and windows.

Depending on your configuration, Windows Vista's Windows Sidebar may occasionally get covered up by other windows. If this happens you can easily show the temporarily hidden sidebar gadgets:

Either:

Press Windows + Space Bar

Or:

1. Right-click the Windows Sidebar icon on the taskbar (it looks like the image to the left). If you do not see this icon, click the "Show Hidden Icons" arrow (it looks like the image to the right), then right-click the Windows Sidebar icon.

2. Select "Bring Gadgets to Front" on the pop-up menu.

Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Windows Vista - Windows Sidebar - Show Windows Sidebar if Hidden
