Windows XP and WordPad - Toggle Selected Text to All Caps

SUMMARY: Draw attention to text in a WordPad document by making it all caps.

Even though typing in all caps seems like SHOUTING, there are times where you need to draw attention to certain text, such as when putting together an advertisement like a garage sale sign. Don't bother typing the document in all caps; type in your text normally then highlight it and press SHIFT-CONTROL-A.
