WinSnap Captures Screens and Applies Artistic Effects

SUMMARY: WinSnap is a shareware screen capture program for Windows that can add shadowing, reflection, and other effects to captured images.

WinSnap is a shareware screen capture program for Windows. The software supports full screen, application, window, object, and region capture, and all capture modes can be invoked via customizable keyboard shortcuts. Optionally the mouse pointer can be included in the capture ("Options" - "Settings", section "General").

A variety of effects can be applied to the captured image, all of which can be customized: shadow, reflection, contour, rotate, watermark (text or image), and/or resize. Captured images can be automatically copied to the clipboard and/or saved to disk in BMP, JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF formats. You can also optionally run software after the automatic save, allowing advanced users to optionally e-mail images, send them via SFTP, or manipulate them using ImageMagick or another command-line image processing tool.
