Portable Audio Device Not Working with Media Player?
SUMMARY: Download updates that may fix problems transferring files to and from your portal audio device and Windows Media Player 9.
Normally, Windows Media Player lets you copy WMA media from your machine to your portal audio player, and some players let you copy media from the player to the computer. However, if your portable music player does not work with Windows Media Player 9, you may be able to download updates to support this feature.
From the Windows Media Player main screen, click "Tools", "Download", then "Portal Device SPs". A webpage will open in your default web browser. Find out if your device is supported, and if so, click its link to download the drivers.
Return to the Windows Media Player 9 page.
