Slowdown When Copying Files SUMMARY: Download a possible fix if transferring files to and from Windows Media Player 9 is slow.
If you use Windows Media Player 9 to copy files to and from a portal audio player, you may have noticed slowdowns when copying large numbers of files. If so, this is a noted bug by Microsoft, and a patch is available to fix the problem. You can either download the update from Windows Update, or visit Knowledge Base article 837272 via the following web address:
