Microsoft Word 2003 Printing and Print Preview - Full Screen Print Preview

To view how your Microsoft Word 2003 document will look when printed, choose "File" - "Print Preview". However, depending on your computer's monitor or LCD screen, you may not be able to fit an entire page onscreen at once and still be able to read the text. This is partially due to the fact that Microsoft Word toolbars, as well as the Windows taskbar, remains on the screen.

If you click the "Full Screen" button (it should be to the left of the "Close" button on the "Print Preview" toolbar), most of these extra screen elements will disappear, giving you more room to review your document. Press the "Esc" key to exit full screen mode.

Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Microsoft Word 2003 Printing and Print Preview - Full Screen Print Preview.
