WinZip 10.x - Zip and Unzip from the Command Line

SUMMARY: Zip and unzip files from the DOS command prompt with WinZip or other tools.

Need to access WinZip or WinZip-like functionality from the command line? You have a couple of options.

1. Registered users of the commercial WinZip 10.x Pro product get access to the WinZip Command Line Support Add-On.

With this add-on, from the command line you can perform all types of WinZip functions such as creating and extracting ZIP files, printing contents of compressed files, automatically adding comments to ZIP files, freshening the contents of ZIP files, using different compression algorithms, and much more.
