| WinZip 10.x - Remove Some of the Context Menu SUMMARY: Remove selected WinZip Explorer context menu enhancements.
WinZip 10.x offers many context-menu enhancements to ZIP files in the Explorer. Right-click on a ZIP file and you can immediately extract files, add files to the archive, and more. However, some of the enhancements, at least to me, aren't quite as useful. For example, I don't regularly e-mail ZIP files, so that enhancement is not too useful.
If you also would like to disable certain enhancements, or all of them:
1. Access the Classic WinZip interface.
2. Click "Options" then "Configuration".
3. When the "Configuration" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Explorer Enhancements" tab.
4. Check or uncheck the enhancements you wish to use underneath "Context menu commands" as desired.
5. Press "OK" when done.
