WinZip - WinZip 10.x - Toggle Displaying Help for Buttons on Toolbar

SUMMARY: Enable or disable toolbar button help in WinZip.

By default, WinZip 10.x displays help text for each toolbar button on the toolbar. This is because you might not automatically associate a folder with a heart for "Favorites", a folder with a lock for "Encrypt", etc.

Depending on your needs and WinZip expert level, you may wish to toggle this help text on or off. To do so:

1. Choose "Options" - "Configuration".

2. When the "Configuration" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Toolbar" tab.

3. Check or uncheck "Show button text" as desired.

4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
