Windows XP and Calculator - Hexadecimal, Octal, and Binary

If you program computers and need to perform some quick arithmetic equations in hexadecimal, octal, or binary, just open up the Windows XP Calculator. Choose Scientific mode, then to change your number system, choose "View" and select your desired base. Or, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

Hexadecimal Base 16 - F5
Decimal Base 10 (default) - F6
Octal Base 8 - F7
Binary Base 2 - F8
