Windows XP and the Internet - Reinstall Internet Explorer or Outlook Express

Are problems keeping Internet Explorer or Outlook Express from running correctly? If you have tried everything to solve problems, including looking through configuration items, scanning your machine for viruses and spyware, downloading Critical Updates, visiting websites such as MalekTips.Com, etc., you may want to try reinstalling Internet Explorer or Outlook Express.
